He manipulates normal images makes them into futa. His finished work usually has his red signature.I’ll upload some of his images.
The first image is done by Haniwadako (passed away) from the circle Octopus Trap
And the one with the Q like signature (2nd image) is from Behind Moon.

Just wanted to tell most of the images above are done by a Japanese guy called “sage”. You can find a lot of his work in these two threads:
